    • Yes, we love creating custom pieces! Please contact us with your specific requirements, and we’ll be happy to work with you to bring your vision to life. You can request these custom items by emailing [email protected]. Make sure to include some inspiration pictures and specific details. Some of our products have the option to be customized. Check specific product pages to see which items can be customized!

  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

    • Our standard processing time is 5 business days, followed by shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
  2. Do you offer expedited shipping?

    • Yes, we offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. During checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred shipping method.
  3. What payment methods do you accept?

  1. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

    • In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchange and Return Policy

At Kindly Kurated, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our exchange and return policy.

Eligibility:

  • All Items sold by Kindly Kurated are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective due to the customization and personalization of items.

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return:

  • Contact Us: If an item were to show up damaged or defective, you may reach out to us at [email protected] to request assistance on how to proceed.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund. This process must be initiated within 24-36 hours after receiving your items. 

  • Return Authorization: If  your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange or return.

  • Packaging: Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and ship them back to us at the address provided.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged or defective).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exchanges will be processed based on product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund or provide store credit, per your preference.
